Neon Snake 2026 ("the App") is developed and provided by GAMORAQ. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data the App Stores on Your Device
The App itself does not require an account, login, or internet connection to play. All gameplay data — your coins, high scores, unlocked skins, achievement progress, daily challenge progress, and settings — is stored locally on your device only, using standard platform local storage. We do not operate a server, and this data is never transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes it.
2. Advertising
The App displays advertising served by Google AdMob to help fund continued development. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, general location (derived from IP address), device type, and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and — for rewarded ads — completions). This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
You can review and adjust the ad personalization choices Google offers, and opt out of interest-based advertising, through your device's ad settings (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android, or "Limit Ad Tracking" / App Tracking Transparency on iOS) or at: adssettings.google.com.
3. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App is configured or marketed toward a general or mixed audience, ad requests may be configured for non-personalized / child-appropriate ad treatment in the AdMob console. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information through the App's own code. We do not require account creation. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your Choices
- You can reset all locally stored game progress at any time from Settings → Reset All Progress.
- You can limit ad personalization through your device settings as described in Section 2.
- You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes all locally stored data.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
